Mary’s Pad

It’s been a relaxing few days. As you know from the last post I was off all weekend, and had a marvelous time at the circus. Yesterday I had an easy day at work, in other words I was not in the ER. Instead we had a classroom day, which we’ve been having every Monday, designed for all new nurses t0 sit and learn about various aspects of nursing practice, kind of like school but without the exams. So it’s a pretty cushy day, we just sit around and we get paid full pay for it. It ends next Monday though, so much for that. Today was another day off for me, and I spent most of the morning asleep or playing online, doing absolutely nothing useful. I watched some youtube videos, got caught up reading some of my favorite blogs, and just lazed around. It’s now afternoon and I think it’s time to make myself useful, so how about I start by showing you some cool photos I took at the circus? That’s pretty useful, right?
